About Me

Suzy is a privileged member of the Chattanooga Association of REALTORS, National Association of REALTORS and the  Tennessee Board of REALTORS. These relationships guarantee her buyers immediate access to hundreds of the newest properties on the market each day while also enabling her sellers to have exposure to a huge network of buyers from other firms across the country.
She has an extensive education in Real Estate which includes Broker, CRS, ABR, CNHS and EPRO designations, as well as being a Relocation Specialist.

Suzy is a committed and passionate real estate professional who prides herself on putting her clients' satisfaction above all else. Her determination and attention to detail allow her clients to receive first class service with utmost integrity.

This "client first" philosophy has always been Suzy's approach and it requires her to continually improve her skills and ways of doing business.

Suzy is also a Residential General Contractor and member of the Local, State, and Regional Home Builders Associations and a proud member of the Better Business Bureau. This enables her to be informed and knowledgeable of the structure and design of homes which will be to her clients advantage whether building/buying a New home or an existing home. This, paired with an education in Marketing and Design, will be able to fulfill all of her clients' home needs.
